Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact (including tags, seals, and labels).
- The product must be returned in the original box or packaging.
- Products marked as non-returnable (e.g., personalized or sale items) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you received a discount, the refund will be based on the discounted price of the product.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product and would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the exchange at no additional cost.
If you want to exchange an item for a different product, you must first return the original item following the standard return process, then place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Opened/used products (unless defective or damaged).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or customized products (unless defective).
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Charges: If your return is due to buyer’s remorse, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return a Product
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team when you initiate the return request.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at indiantraditionalherbs@gmail.com Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return procedure once you receive the item.
